What are the Guest Pick up Procedure at Washington Dulles Airport (IAD)?

Your driver will meet you inside the airport at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight. The driver will bring a name sign that express A Limo Sedan The guest's name will appear below the company name. In case of driver could not locate the guest, the driver will go for Public Announcement system of the airport to locate the guest.

If you could not locate the driver in the baggage claims area, please listen to the public announcement for your name.

In case of you never find the driver and please call our office 410-831-0188, we will help you to locate the drive.

What is the Guest Pickup procedure at Baltimore Washington International (BWI) and Reagan National (DCA) Airports?

When you arrive at BWI or DCA and after you claim your luggage. Please call 410-831-0188 and we will send the driver to the second curb. Our car or van will come around with there 4 way flashers on. This is the way the guest is to recognize us.

If you can not find the Chauffer, please call our office immediately at 410-831-0188,

We will ask for some detail of your dress code so that driver can quickly locate the guest.

Our "No Show Charges"

A Limo Sedan is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to its guests, however, if you fail to call our office phone number or leave the airport by another means of transportation; A Limo Sedan will not be liable to refund the total amount of the reservation to the Guest.

How is our Early Morning and Late Night Pickups

If there is any pickup between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM, the late night/early morning charge will automatically be added to your rate. We will charge an additional $10.00 charge added to cost of service.

Arriving International Flights

For all arriving international flights, A Limo Sedan will automatically add $10.00 to the quoted rate.
